In order to make lasting changes in under previledged people' lives, more and more people have to be attached with a system to get grass root democracy to touch the mission of sustainable development imbued with equality, liberty and justice. Our goals are:
- To uplift and improve the living and social conditions of below poverty line people residing in and around the jungles and out of it with special emphasis to launch a drive against the exploitation of these backward community (above all the women) at the hands of mighty and unscrupulous elements by promoting awareness and knowledge about their rights and benefits through legal aid and guidance to those who really need it. The flow of information to the youth will help this.
- To help them in their income generation so that they can earn a steady income for their livelihood.
- To train them for some small-scale business and let them earn for themselves.
- To provide them education (primary, higher and technological)
- Sulaxmi considers this to be its responsibility to work as a mediator among the government bodies and the under previledged community and work as a channel for the development and welfare of the tribals.
- To work as a social entrepreneur to achieve the targets.
